I spent the first thirty years of my life trying to make sense of the world, navigating my intense empath nature entirely on my own without a roadmap. By listening closely to my intuition—the same intuition that convinced a fifteen-year-old me to buy a set of ancient runes instead of a new skateboard—I finally learned how to anchor myself.
